Flourishing at Work and in Life (originally aired: 2/23/16)
Happiness is something that is often sought after, but is notoriously difficult to capture. Sometimes, focusing too intensely on finding happiness leaves us feeling unfulfilled. In this webinar we’ll look at the PERMA Model, which was developed by respected positive psychologist Martin Seligman, and was widely published in his 2011 book, Flourish. "PERMA" stands for the five essential elements that should be in place for us to experience lasting well-being. These are: Positive Emotion, Engagement, Positive Relationships, Meaning, and Accomplishment.
